  • Notifications data: message delivery status, opt-in/opt-out logs, and keywords (e.g., STOP/HELP).
  • Support data: messages you send to our support channels.

3. How We Use Information

  • Authenticate users and provide core functionality, including OTP verification.
  • Send transactional notifications you enable (e.g., offer alerts) via email and/or SMS.
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. SMS & Email Communications

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, we may send you transactional SMS such as OTP codes and account/offer notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact support.

We use reputable service providers to deliver messages (for example, Telnyx for SMS and an SMTP provider for email). Providers process limited data as our processors under contractual safeguards.

5. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We may use essential cookies to keep you signed in and maintain session security. You can control cookies via your browser settings, but essential cookies are required for core functionality.

6. Sharing of Information

  • Service providers: hosting, messaging, email, analytics, and support vendors working on our behalf.

  • SMS Opt-out: reply STOP to any SMS. You can re-enable by replying START or updating settings.
  • Delete: request account deletion; we'll remove or anonymize data subject to lawful retention requirements.

9. Security

We employ technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us to remove it.

11. International Users

We primarily process data in the United States. By using the Services, you understand your data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the U.S.
